Three, the scope and standard of automatic fire protection system detection service charges

(a) with automatic fire alarm system, automatic fire extinguishing system, smoke control system and other automatic fire protection systems (new construction, renovation and expansion), the highest charging standard for construction engineering inspection service is 2% of the project cost of the automatic fire protection system to be inspected; For the first time, re-examine the automatic fire protection system that does not meet the relevant national standards, without charging any fees; If it is tested again, the testing fee can be charged again (until it is qualified), and the highest charging standard is 65438+ 0.5% of the cost of unqualified single automatic fire fighting facilities.

(2) The maximum annual inspection service fee for the automatic fire protection system of the original building that has been put into use is 0.8% of the project cost of the automatic fire protection system under inspection, and there is no charge for re-inspection.

(3) The maximum charging standard for the new construction, renovation, expansion and annual inspection of automatic fire protection systems in affordable housing, schools, kindergartens, bazaars, nursing homes and welfare homes for the disabled will be lowered by 50%. Fire technical service institutions may, according to the actual situation such as the difficulty of detection work and project cost, negotiate with the entrusting party to determine the specific charging standard within the highest charging standard. Shall not exceed the maximum charge standard.

Four, electrical facilities (electrical products, electrical lines) annual fire safety inspection service fee range and the highest fee standard.
