According to the Notice on Further Standardizing the Construction and Management of Supporting Houses in Communities, this policy was promulgated on September 9, 2020 as the basic standard. All new residential projects are equipped with community supporting houses according to the standard of not less than 30 square meters per 100 households, and equipped with home care service houses according to the standard of not less than 30 square meters per 100 households and not less than 300 square meters per place.
