How to exhaust the floor heating in the water heating well

Ventilation of floor heating is an important process in the installation and use of floor heating system. The exhaust must be operated according to the specifications to ensure that the exhaust of the floor heating pipeline is clean, so that the floor heating system can work normally.

When the floor heating is installed, the exhaust valve and drain valve of the water separator are used to exhaust, and the exhaust mode of single-loop water injection and drainage is adopted to ensure that the air in the floor heating pipeline is completely exhausted. The valve can be closed until the drain valve drains, and other circuits are also flushed to exhaust, so that the air in the pipeline is completely exhausted.

When floor heating is used, if it is found that the pressure is reduced, that is, there is air in the pipeline, the air will be exhausted through the water separator or the automatic exhaust valve on the wall-hung boiler. After the air is exhausted, the water injection valve is opened, and the pressure will quickly rise to about 2 kg, so the floor heating can work normally, especially for dry floor heating, the temperature rises rapidly, and the heat can be felt in about half an hour. The wetland warms up slowly, and it takes more than 5 hours to feel the temperature.
