After 90, they poured into the old-age care industry: these positions are short of talents, and the salary increase is high. They will be rewarded 1 10,000 yuan when they join the company.

A few days ago, the People's Government of Anhui Province issued "Regulations on Population and Family Planning in Anhui Province (Revised Draft for Comment)", pointing out that the birth population in Anhui Province has been falling off a cliff for four consecutive years, and solicited opinions from the public.

Corresponding to the decline in the number of new population is the fact that the aging of our society continues to deepen. The results of the seventh national census in China show that the population aged 60 and above accounts for 18.70% of the total population, which is 5.44 percentage points higher than that ten years ago.

As a result, some emerging occupations related to old-age care and old-age care have emerged. Since 20021,the number of positions related to the old-age care industry on BOSS's direct employment platform has increased by 50% year-on-year, among which the positions with the largest increase include old-age care workers, nannies, old-age community property managers, health appraisers, and medical guides. The wages of room attendants, nursing workers, shopping guides and nutritionists in nursing homes increased the most. At present, due to the shortage of employees, these occupations have low entry barriers and high gold content in certificates, which have become the new gold professional track.

1, aged nursing staff

For working families with elderly people, pension institutions and family caregivers are the most convenient forms to take care of the elderly. As of September 20 17, the total number of institutions for the aged in China exceeded144,600, an increase of 226% compared with 44,300 at the end of 20 12, and the demand for related nursing staff for the aged is also increasing.

According to the requirements of the Training Program for Aged Care Workers issued by the Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, primary aged care workers need to be trained for 180 class hours, or have been engaged in this profession for more than 2 years.

At present, the occupational evaluation of elderly nursing staff is carried out by social organizations, enterprises and institutions such as industry associations and societies in various regions according to market demand. Training needs to be based on provincial policies, and training institutions recognized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs should be selected for training and learning.

2, the ability of the elderly appraiser

The ability evaluator of the elderly refers to the person who provides the elderly with the ability to measure and evaluate their activities, cognitive ability, mental state and other health conditions. It is one of the nine new occupations released by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on July 6th, 2020.

At present, the ability appraisers of the elderly in various parts of China are roughly divided into full-time appraisers and part-time appraisers. Full-time appraisers refer to third-party pension evaluation institutions, and part-time appraisers refer to employees of pension institutions. The number of two types of appraisers exceeds 654.38+10,000. Common evaluation methods can be divided into three categories: third-party evaluation, spot check or general survey of relevant departments after evaluation of old-age care institutions, and independent evaluation of old-age care institutions.

Rehabilitation therapists belong to professional and technical personnel in medical related fields. Their main duties are: to evaluate the patients' limb motor function and daily work ability, formulate rehabilitation treatment plans according to the evaluation results, and carry out functional training and occupational therapy.

Rehabilitation therapists in most areas are required to apply for rehabilitation-related majors. Although sports rehabilitation, sports human science and other majors are related to some extent, they belong to non-medical and health technology majors and cannot apply for the exam.

For those who have passed the health professional and technical qualification examination, professional and technical qualification certificates uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health will be issued. And the certificate is valid nationwide. The certificate contains a lot of gold.

5. Psychological counselor

According to the implementation guide of the national standard "Classification and Evaluation of Pension Institutions" (for Trial Implementation), the functional requirements for psychological counselors in the pension industry include the following aspects:

1, psychological/spiritual support services

Provide environmental adaptation, emotional counseling, psychological support and crisis intervention services, and the service personnel should be social workers, nurses, doctors or psychotherapists, and elderly nurses. Service personnel are required to be familiar with the psychological/spiritual support service process within the organization and master the methods and skills of psychological/spiritual service.

It should be noted that in 20 17, the qualification examination for psychological counselors in China was cancelled, and the national vocational qualification examination for psychological counselors withdrew from the historical stage. Industry associations, societies and other social organizations are also not allowed to carry out qualification licensing and identification in disguise.

At present, the only certificate that can be tested is the special ability certificate for mental health guidance in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, which can only show "qualified" or "unqualified" and is not a special qualification certificate.

In March, 20021,the National Health and Wellness Commission formally established the National Center for Mental Health and Mental Health Prevention and Control, which will assist in formulating relevant technical norms and standards for mental health service institutions and personnel, and standardize the management of mental health institutions and personnel. Students who want to do textual research can contact the business psychological consultation institution first to supplement their academic qualifications, skills and practical experience, and at the same time pay attention to the information officially released by the center.
