On June 5438- 10, 2008, China Merchants Bank fully acquired the shares of Wing Lung Bank, and Wing Lung Bank officially became a member of China Merchants Bank Group. After China Merchants Bank acquired Wing Lung Bank, Wing Lung Bank is still a relatively independent subsidiary bank and will continue to operate normally and independently.
