The maintenance fund can only be used for the maintenance of public facilities and houses, not for other places. It should also be noted that neither the buyer nor the seller can withdraw the maintenance fund, but if the seller wants the buyer to bear the public maintenance fund, the house should be negotiated with the buyer in advance, and the part expected to be borne by the buyer can be reported in the total house price.
