If the property and the owner separately sign a vehicle storage agreement, the loss of the vehicle shall be borne by the property.

As for the compensation for lost vehicles, it depends on the specific reasons. If the management personnel of the property management company have fulfilled their normal safety care obligations and there is no dereliction of duty, the owner cannot ask the property management company to bear the liability for compensation.
