Brief introduction of Poly Lily Garden

Qingdao Poly Lily Garden is a large-scale high-rise residence developed by Poly Real Estate. The project is located at No.0/7 Jinhua Branch Road, Shibei District (formerly sifang district), Qingdao. It starts from Jinhua Branch Road in the east, ends at Jinsha Road in the west, ends at Dasha Road in the north and ends at Hu Qing Road in the south, and is close to Gushan and Beilingshan Forest Park, the core of Binhai New Area. After being merged into the land for renovation of Gushan Village, the total construction area of the project has increased from 229,000 square meters in 2009 to 400,000 square meters at present, making it the chief living city of Binhai New Area.
