Property has the responsibility to ensure the smooth flow of fire exits, to stop the phenomenon of occupation and congestion, not to mention renting it by itself.

If there is a safety problem, the investigation of responsibility depends first on whether the property company has publicized "no fire escape" or proved that the occupied vehicle is forced to park and constantly dissuaded it.

If there is such behavior, the property is not responsible, and the occupier is responsible.
