How to investigate the responsibility of some illegal projects and how to compensate the owners for losses has not been said so far.

There is a "penetrating crack" on the outer wall of Building 24 from the top floor to the bottom floor.

According to public information, the developer of the community is China Resources Land (Ningbo) Development Co., Ltd., the construction unit is Ningbo Construction Engineering and Zhejiang Eastern Airlines Construction Group, and Cixi Construction Engineering Supervision Company undertakes the supervision duties as the supervision unit.

In the process of construction, the construction quality is mainly supervised by the supervision unit. How to pass the acceptance of "problem project" with some walls without insulation layer?

In fact, it is not the first time that such a "problem project" has successfully passed the acceptance. For example, Zirun Mingyuan, a affordable housing project in Wuhan, has many problems, such as foundation settlement, wall cracking, building leakage, etc., but it has been awarded "Yellow Crane Award for Wuhan Construction Project" and "Wuhan Structural Quality Project" and many other auras. Buildings 17 and 18 in Xinyuan Xiyuan Community, Pudong New Area, Shanghai are "crooked" because of inclined cracks, and the relevant departments still say that they are not "architectural quality problems".

The construction quality of central enterprises is still so high. Who can return a set of "safe buildings" to the public?

From 2065438 to September 2004, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development launched a two-year "Project Quality Control Action". Many central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises, including China Construction, China Metallurgical No.2 Plant and China Coal Construction, have been included in the quality blacklist of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
