How to reissue Huanghua real estate license if it is lost?

Huanghua real estate license reissue process:

If the real estate ownership certificate or registration certificate is lost or destroyed, and the real estate owner applies for a replacement, the following documents shall be submitted to the registration authority: an application for real estate registration (original); Identity certificate (copy); Inspection certificate of real estate register (original); Cadastral map (two originals); Floor plan of the house (two originals).

The registration authority shall, within 7 days after acceptance, check the real estate register. If the applicant is the owner of real estate recorded in the real estate register, it shall notify the applicant in writing to obtain the certificate of real estate ownership or registration certificate. The reissued real estate ownership certificate or registration certificate shall be marked with the words "reissue". Since the date of replacement, the original real estate ownership certificate or registration certificate is invalid.

If the property owner applies for a replacement or renewal of the certificate of real estate ownership due to loss, damage or other reasons, the registration authority shall charge the applicant the fee for the certificate of ownership.
