Measures of Weifang Municipality on the Administration of Property Service Charges
The property service charges that are regulated by the market shall be agreed by the owners and the property management enterprises in the property service contract. Property management enterprises shall clearly mark the price in accordance with the provisions of the competent pricing department of the government, and publicize the service contents, service standards, charging items and charging standards in a prominent position within the property management area. Property service charges should follow the principles of rationality, openness and adaptability between fees and service levels, and distinguish the nature and characteristics of different properties. The owners and the realty service enterprise shall, according to the charging standards for realty service formulated by the competent price department of the State Council in conjunction with the administrative department of construction of the State Council, stipulate in the realty service contract.
Property management fees are collected as follows:
(1) Level 1 charging standard: 1.00 yuan/m2;
(2) Secondary charging standard: 0.75 yuan/square meter;
(3) Three-level charging standard: 0.50 yuan/square meter;
(4) Four-level charging standard: 0.35 yuan/square meter.
