Li Sanjiayuan Community, located in the north of Wen Hui Street, was built in 2004. Covering an area of 0. 17 square kilometers, it is adjacent to Shiqiao Road in the east, railway in the west, Beitanghe River in the south and Shengli Community Agricultural Resources Market in the north. It is planned to build 44 residential buildings with 3,079 residents and a population of 9,237. It is a new resettlement community with reasonable layout and beautiful environment, which consists of waterfront Yayuan, Lisanjiayuan No.1 residential area and its second phase project. Although the community is new, it can't compare with the pearl of Hangzhou-West Lake. No matter how good the community is, it can't compare with the scenic Wu Shan. Residents who have long been accustomed to living in the downtown area with beautiful scenery by the lake have moved away from the noise of the city to the remote Li Sanjiu, where they can hear frogs early and the roar of trains at night.
