First of all, you have to make sure that there is a carrier's network in your community and it has been opened. Then, as long as the property and you agree, the operator should give you an open wire to connect to your computer (if you decorate the house and bury a hidden wire in the wall, let the operator connect the open wire to your outdoor connector before wiring).

If there is a carrier network in your community and the property does not agree to take the open line (this open line refers to the line outside the building), you need property coordination.

If there is an operator's network in the community, and you have coordinated with the property and agreed to take the open line outside the building (or in the corridor), the operator staff will find an excuse not to open the network for you, and you can choose to complain.
