Agreement of Property Company on Issuing Mailbox Keys

The general agreement should indicate the property responsibility. The letter box belongs to the owner's personal belongings and the property company has the right to open it. If the owner loses his key, he can only handle it through the post office. The property management company can communicate with the post office on behalf of the owner, and the owner can also contact the post office directly. When the owner receives the email key, he must prove that he is the owner or the owner's family of a house in the community through valid certificates such as real estate license and ID card.
