All units can choose suitable places and forms to carry out safety consultation day activities according to actual conditions.

On this basis, all units need to carry out various publicity activities according to their own characteristics, such as knowledge contests, live speeches, karaoke and other activities.

(4) Participate in the activities of Beijing municipal government and industry to promote enterprise safety culture.

The focus of the standard-reaching activities is the measures to prevent collapse and fall accidents. First, strengthen the inspection of deep foundation pit excavation; The second is to strengthen the inspection of scaffold support system; The third is to strengthen the inspection of the entrance and border protection of the construction site; Fourth, strengthen the safety management of construction hanging baskets and elevators. Ensure that the construction site 100% reaches the standard.

All units of the Group set up a leading group for the "Safety Month" special compliance activities headed by the company law to conduct a comprehensive self-inspection on the construction site. The group will organize an inspection team led by the leaders in charge of the group company, composed of government business departments and full-time safety management personnel, to wake up and check and accept the deployment and implementation of the "Safety Month" activities of each unit. See Schedule 2 for the specific division of labor of the inspection team. The Municipal Construction Committee implements a weekly report system for the activities that meet the standards. (3) All units should, in line with the principle of moving the barrier forward and shifting the center of gravity down, inform the vast number of on-site workers of a series of major decisions made by the party and the government on safety production during the "Safety Month" in an easy-to-understand and popular form of publicity and entertainment, so that they can feel warm and mobilize their potential, and contribute to social stability and group safety production.

(4) All units should strengthen information communication and publicity during the activities, and require all units to designate an information officer to be responsible for the briefing in the "Safety Month Activity Plan". Compare with the laws and regulations implemented in recent years, such as Regulations on the Report and Investigation of Production Safety Accidents, Regulations on the Safety Supervision and Management of Construction Hoisting Machinery, Technical Specification for Safety of Building Formwork (JJ162-), Technical Specification for Inspection of Mechanical Equipment in Construction Site (JJ160-) and Technical Specification for Installation, Use and Dismantling of Tower Crane in Construction.

3. Hold an analysis and exchange meeting on safety production situation attended by functional departments such as enterprise safety, technology and production, and project managers of projects under construction, to find weak links, exchange management experience, and solve 1-2 outstanding or * * practical problems in safety management of enterprises and places.

4. According to the spirit of the Implementation Opinions of the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Further Deepening the Theme Activities of "Civilized Construction" in the field of housing construction in Ningbo, a special publicity campaign of "Safe Production Month" was launched to create a safe production atmosphere in the construction site. Enterprises should organize the project department to achieve "six ones", that is, publish a safety publicity blackboard newspaper, post a set of building safety publicity wall charts, arrange a set of "safety production activity month" publicity banners, show a safety education film, and launch a construction safety production knowledge competition.

5. Carry out special training and education activities. Relevant persons in charge of enterprises and project managers focus on safety production laws and regulations and risk education of production safety accidents, and strengthen the main responsibility of safety production of their enterprises' self-control; Full-time safety management personnel take safety responsibilities and mandatory standards for safety production as the content to improve the business level of safety production; Front-line workers take the safety management system and emergency self-help knowledge of enterprises and project departments as the content to enhance their awareness of safety in production; The person in charge of the project and the safety supervision personnel perform the safety production duties of social supervision with the contents of Regulations on the Administration of Safety Production in Construction Projects, Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Safety Production Supervision in Ningbo Construction Projects (for Trial Implementation) and safety supervision duties.

Organize a safety inspection, urge all projects under construction to carry out safety self-inspection and self-correction (see Annex 2 for details), and organize relevant personnel to conduct a safety inspection on all projects under construction in this enterprise to eliminate potential safety hazards in time.
