How to view the property undertaking files?

The ownership of property inspection files belongs to all owners. Property acceptance inspection is divided into six stages: preparation, data transfer, on-site inspection, rectification, review and physical acceptance transfer. The property under inspection shall be archived and properly kept.

Article 35 of the Measures for Property Inspection.

The realty service enterprise shall establish archives and properly keep relevant documents, materials and records for inspection. Property inspection files belong to all owners. If the preliminary realty service contract is terminated and the owners' meeting selects a new realty service enterprise, the original realty service enterprise shall hand over the property inspection file to the owners' committee within 10 days from the date of termination of the preliminary realty service contract.
