Which unit supervises and manages the property?

Street offices can't manage property companies. Street communities are not property service enterprises, but streets have government functions and belong to administrative units. Property management activities shall be supervised and managed by the real estate administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level.

Legal basis:

"Regulations on Property Management" Article 5 The construction administrative department of the State Council shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities throughout the country.

The real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.
