Nanjing Metro 1 1 Line

The planned Nanjing Metro 1 1 line, also known as Jiangbei Light Rail Line, has a total length of 69.6km, connecting Xiongzhou, Luchang, Dachang, Qiaobei, Pearl River and Qiao Lin, serving the whole Jiangbei area along the Yangtze River. There are 28 stations on the whole line, including 6 elevated stations 16 and 2 underground stations 12. According to the latest news, Line 1 1 will be opened to traffic before the 20 14 Youth Olympic Games.

The first-phase project of 1 1 Line started first, starting from Taifeng Road Station, transferring to Line 3, entering Jiangbei Avenue along Taifeng Road to the north, and connecting Dachang, Luchang, Xiongzhou and Liuhe along the Yangtze River Road to the north. The total length of the line is about 28.3km, of which the underground line is about 8.7km, and the overhead line is about 19.6km. There are 12 stations in the whole line, including 5 underground stations and 7 elevated stations. They are Lu Feng, Jiangyan Town, Pancheng, Dachang West, Dachang East, Changlunan, Luchang, Liuhe District Government, Xiongzhou, Fenghuang Mountain Park and Liuhe Railway Station.

Nanjing Metro Line 1 1 probably starts from Xiongzhou Station of Ningqi Railway, and the northern section of the line is arranged along Liu Ning Highway, passing through Zhuang Yong Interchange (the bridgehead of the Second Bridge), Geqing Road Interchange and Pusi Highway Interchange, and then interchange with Metro Line 3 at Taifeng Road Station, passing through Baota Village and Taishan Town, passing through Yangtze River Railway Bridge, Puzhu Road and Nanjing North Station, and passing through Jinpu.
