What is the real estate industry, what is a real estate agent and what is property?

A real estate agent refers to a natural person and legal representative who acts as an intermediary to facilitate real estate transactions and collect commissions in transactions such as the sale, lease and transfer of houses and land. Anyone engaged in real estate sales belongs to a real estate agent.

Property refers to all kinds of residential and non-residential houses and their supporting equipment, municipal and public facilities, building plots, ancillary sites and courtyards where the houses are located, which have been built and have the use function and economic utility. Property can be divided into: residence, office building, shopping mall, hotel, industrial workshop and so on.
