1, subsidy target:

During June 30th (including June 30th), a single set of ordinary commercial housing with an area less than 144 square meters (including March 1) was newly built and the contract was put on record. (Village buildings in Linchuan District are not included in this subsidy).

2. Subsidy standard:

According to the construction area in the house purchase contract, the house purchase subsidy shall be given per square meter 150 yuan.
