Who has the right to sign a property management contract?

Legal analysis: Property management right is a kind of real right existing in other people's property, so who can exercise this right should be decided by the owner of the property (that is, the owner). The parties to a property management contract can only be the owner and the property management company, but also the relationship between the principal and the client, and the relevant provisions of the entrustment contract in the Civil Code shall be implemented.
