Is it legal to increase the rent during the contract period?

If the rent is increased during the contract period, the tenant can communicate with the landlord and ask him to collect the rent according to the contract. If the landlord is unwilling, the tenant can terminate the contract and ask the landlord to bear the liability for breach of contract. The contract does not stipulate the liability for breach of contract, and the tenant can ask the landlord to compensate for the loss.
