Chen Guoxiang, director of the Management Committee, Zhang Zhirong, deputy director, Wang Xiaolu, captain of the county fire brigade, and heads of the park construction bureau, China Merchants Bureau, police station, enterprises and projects attended the meeting, and Zhang Zhirong, deputy director, presided over the meeting. At the meeting, the fire safety situation, existing problems and specific requirements for the next step were reported, and a letter of commitment on fire safety responsibility was signed with the person in charge of the enterprise. The management committee of the park and the leaders of the county fire brigade put forward specific requirements for doing a good job in the current fire safety work of enterprises in the park, and the comrades attending the meeting reached an agreement. First, ideological attention is in place. Fire safety concerns public safety, and is closely related to the safety of enterprises, society, employees and entrepreneurs themselves. All enterprises must put fire safety in a very important position, always keep the alarm bell ringing, and don't cause serious losses to enterprises because of temporary profits. All enterprise planning building drawings must be audited for fire safety, and the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the national fire technical specifications and the audited fire design drawings. If there is any change, it shall apply to the public security fire control institution in time. Without the fire design review or filing review, the construction shall not be carried out without authorization. After the completion of the project, it is not allowed to be put into use without fire control acceptance or unqualified record acceptance.

Second, the responsibility is in place. Enterprises shall strictly implement the fire safety responsibility system and establish and improve various fire safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on Fire Safety Management of Organs, Organizations, Enterprises and Institutions. The enterprise legal person is the first person responsible for fire safety, and the full-time fire management personnel are the direct responsible persons. All workshops and teams should clarify the fire safety responsibilities, carry out flip chart operations and publish them on the wall, forming an atmosphere in which safety production is caught, safety loopholes are filled, and safety responsibilities are borne.

Third, the hidden dangers are sorted out and investigated in place. According to the recent inspection, there are still some enterprises in the park that have problems such as disorderly construction of fire exits, disorderly connection of wires, disorderly stacking of flammable materials and serious damage to fire-fighting facilities, and the fire safety hazards are becoming more and more serious. After the meeting, all enterprises should adhere to the principle of "prevention first, combining prevention with elimination" and follow the principle of "safety self-inspection, hidden danger self-correction, self-responsibility and supervision", actively carry out self-inspection and self-correction of fire hazards, focusing on the investigation of fire-fighting facilities, fire exits, power supply facilities, workshops and dormitories, and carry out full coverage, all-round and no omission investigation and rectification of all links to ensure the safety of enterprises.

Four, illegal rectification in place within a time limit. Enterprises should be clear about the person responsible for the rectification of hidden dangers and the improvement of fire control procedures, and formulate measures to sort out hidden dangers one by one to ensure that the rectification is in place before April 20. Improve the fire safety examination and approval procedures, complete fire fighting equipment, and strengthen the maintenance of existing fire fighting facilities and equipment to ensure their integrity and ease of use. Those who fail to pass the rectification within the time limit voluntarily accept the administrative punishment of the fire administrative department.

Fifth, supervision and guidance are in place. County fire brigade, park construction bureau, China Merchants Bureau, police station and other departments should go deep into enterprises, supervise and guide enterprises to improve fire safety procedures, shorten the rectification time and improve the rectification effect.

Sixth, investigate and deal with it according to law. After the rectification period, the county fire brigade will be invited to conduct a comprehensive inspection and acceptance of the enterprises entering the park. For enterprises that fail to make rectification within the time limit or whose rectification is not in place, the county fire brigade will punish them according to fire laws and regulations to ensure the safety and stability of the park.
