Legal basis: Article 49 of the Regulations on Property Management in People's Republic of China (PRC) (1) The public buildings and facilities built according to the plan in the property management area shall not be changed;

(four) the owners and the realty service enterprise shall restore the roads and sites temporarily occupied and excavated to the original state within the agreed time limit.
