How to calculate the property fee rate?

Hello, there are two statistical methods for the collection rate of property fees:

1, fixed collection rate = paid-in property fee ÷ total property fee of the park ×100%; The total property fee of the park is also called the total property fee receivable.

2. Collection rate of households = number of households paying property fees ÷ total number of park owners × 100%.

Because the standard of property fee per unit area is certain, the second one is used more. Mainly for convenience, you can also look at the proportion of paying households.
