Engineering Management

At present, Yujingcheng 1# building, 6# building, 13# building, 15# building and 16# building are progressing steadily beyond the requirements of the owner, among which 13# building. Our department strictly abides by the "three controls" management method of the project. Starting with the control of three important factors: time limit for a project, quality and cost, strengthen contract management and information management, coordinate the relationship with design, supervision, general contracting and subcontracting, and strengthen management measures.
