After paying the decoration management fee, what related services should the property company provide?

During the decoration declaration period, the property management company shall arrange relevant personnel to confirm the identity of the decorator and check the items and contents of the property decoration; Inform the decorator and the behavior and matters needing attention prohibited by the decoration enterprise entrusted by the decorator.
2. During the construction period, the property management company will conduct on-site inspection according to the decoration management service agreement, and do a good job in management and service.
3. After the renovation project is completed, the property management company shall conduct on-site acceptance as agreed.
4. The cost of dumping the muck from the designated place of the community to the designated place of the government.
5. The property management community will ensure the public safety during your renovation.
6. Property management regularly inspects your home decoration for illegal operation.
