According to the Notice (No.3 1) issued by Wuxi on July 28th, 2008 on doing a good job in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in the city's expressways and other fields.

1.Starting from July 27th 18: 00, Wuxi has set up 4 provincial border checkpoints and 33 vehicle checkpoints on expressways and national highways (see annex for the list) to carry out negative nucleic acid test and health code test on drivers and passengers from Nanning. Among them: drivers and passengers who can provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours after discharge and whose health code is green code can pass free of charge; If the corresponding negative certificate of nucleic acid detection cannot be provided or the health code is yellow code, persuasion shall be implemented; If the health code is red, drivers and passengers are prohibited from leaving the vehicle, and the local epidemic prevention and control department shall implement centralized isolation medical observation according to regulations; Register the specific information of vehicles and personnel, as well as the places to come and go.

Passengers who have lived in Nanjing in airports, railway stations and highway passenger stations (after July 10, the same below) must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and the health code is green before they can pass for free; For passengers with yellow and red health codes, the local epidemic prevention and control department shall take corresponding health management measures.

According to the important reminder issued by Wuxi Publishing Office at 4: 40pm on July 24th, in order to implement the requirements of emergency headquarters No.29 "Notice on Prevention and Control of Pneumonia Infection in novel coronavirus, Wuxi", the emergency headquarters Office of Epidemic Prevention and Control of Wuxi reminded the general public to pay attention to:

Second, according to the evaluation of the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the yellow-coded personnel who meet the conditions of home health monitoring can be monitored by their communities, and they must live alone during the period, and they must not live with others and do not go out unless necessary.

Third, on the basis of doing a good job in information-based early warning of family health monitoring, the streets and communities where the yellow code personnel are located should strengthen their service awareness and further improve the humanized and convenient service level.

Four, all yellow code personnel must strictly carry out regular nucleic acid testing. Personnel who carry out home health monitoring should actively cooperate with epidemic prevention personnel to do a good job in home nucleic acid detection (three times of nucleic acid detection are required in the first seven days, respectively on the first, third and sixth days).
