Old residential property stationed

For old residential areas without property service enterprise management, local streets and townships (towns) should designate community and village (neighborhood) committees to be responsible for health and safety services, and rely on professional institutions or hire professionals to implement basic management services. For communities without property maintenance funds, streets and towns will take the lead, and property maintenance fund management agencies will cooperate to guide owners to pay property maintenance funds according to regulations.
