First, the system and treatment of non-commissioned officers

According to the military service law, soldiers in active service in our army are divided into compulsory military service soldiers and voluntary military service soldiers according to the nature of service. Non-commissioned officers belong to the rank sequence of soldiers, but they are different from ordinary soldiers. They are the backbone of soldiers and a class between soldiers and officers. Recruiting non-commissioned officers from citizens with professional skills in non-military departments shall be handled by conscription offices at all levels. The registration of fresh graduates from 70 designated colleges and universities is organized by the school. Fresh graduates from other colleges and universities register in the county where the school is located. All previous graduates have registered in the counties (cities, districts) where their permanent residence is located. The physical examination is led by the provincial municipality, and the health department at the same level is unified and centralized; The political examination is led by counties (cities, districts), and the public security department at the same level is responsible, with the assistance of the original school. Counties (cities, districts) are responsible for organizing professional examination and approval, taking whether or not they have obtained a nationally recognized diploma and whether or not professionals who carry out vocational skill appraisal have obtained vocational qualification certificates at the same time as the standard.
