However, since the trash can in the corridor was emptied, it is normal not to see the cleaning aunt for three or four days. Can't the floor of the corridor be cleaned after the bucket is removed?
The personal qualities of community owners are different, which is an inevitable dilemma in the implementation of garbage classification. However, the property can't just do superficial work because it is difficult to implement, and it can't put the cart before the horse and shirk its fault on the grounds that the quality of the owners is not high. After all, if you come into contact with more than one owner, although you can't see the obvious effect in a short time, if you persevere, the garbage classification will be more and more smooth and accepted by more owners. However, if it is only to cope with the task of the community, send a notice, and then push the unfavorable responsibility to the owner and take full responsibility.
It's summer. As the temperature rises, how many mosquitoes will breed in the messy corridor environment? How many infectious diseases are caused by? Don't these properties need to be considered?
The responsibilities of the property include maintaining the environmental sanitation, greening and safety of public areas, and maintaining public facilities and equipment. These are the responsibilities included in the property fees paid by the owners. If the property fails to perform its duties, then the owners also have the corresponding rights to safeguard their due interests.
