Che Jianxin started his business by borrowing money from 600 yuan on 1986. After 22 years of struggle, 38 brand supermarket chains have been established, with a total market size of over 3 million square meters. In 2007, the total sales exceeded1500 million yuan, becoming the first brand in China home furnishing industry.

Che Jianxin has become an expert in human resources in his long-term employment research and practice. He once said: a college student will become a' pupil' if he doesn't study for three years; A "pupil" can become a "college student" as long as he keeps on studying. His office and home are full of all kinds of books; He has a book in his car and his carry-on bag. Books never leave, pens never leave. He is diligent in thinking, attaches importance to the theoretical research of enterprise strategy and human resource development and management, and has written more than 30 theoretical works with more than 65,438 words. Many theories and practices of talent potential development initiated by him in China, such as electric light and power grid, management beyond eight hours, have positive practical significance for innovating talent development theory and popularizing modern advanced talent development theory.

2001-in 2002, he was invited to attend the first international forum on learning enterprises and the seminar for Chinese and foreign management officials, and discussed the construction of learning organizations with Dr. Peter Shengji and others, and talked about corporate culture with Panasonic and Haier.
