The location of the village committee was leased to a third party company, and the village committee subletted the premises leased by the third party company to Qi Hang Property Company, which realized the steady growth of the village collective economy. At the same time, Qi Hang Property Co., Ltd. actively absorbed the employment of villagers in the village and surrounding areas, and provided more than 150 jobs for the villagers, effectively increasing their wage income.
