What kind of punishment can I file with the small claims court?

If you have disputes involving money with individuals, companies or government agencies, you can use the small claims court (see Article 2). For example, you may want to "file a claim" in the small claims court under the following circumstances:

Your new sofa is cracked, and the shop won't repair it or refund you.
