According to the current regulations of the National Development and Reform Commission and Hubei Province on the management of property service charges, ordinary residential property service charges are managed at different levels. The price bureau of our city has published the guiding price standard of ordinary residential property service charges in the urban area of our city with the ten-price work service regulation [2012] No.57, that is, the high-rise apartment with elevator: 1.30 yuan/m2; Secondary 1. 1 yuan/㎡; Level 3: 0.95 yuan/square meter; Level 4 is 0.80 yuan/square meter. The highest charging standard for each file does not exceed 15%, and the lowest charging standard is not limited. The specific charging standards of each community shall be determined through consultation between the property company and the owners' committee and implemented in accordance with the contract.

In residential areas where property service management is implemented, the property company shall not charge public utilities separately after collecting comprehensive property service fees.
