After the property fee is enforced, the court will first seal up the account of the executed person. Deduct the money from the account. The people's court shall make a ruling on taking the measures mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

Regarding the non-payment of property fees, the court's compulsory execution generally ends within 6 months after the effective judgment, but the time limit for suspension of execution should be deducted. If there are special circumstances that need to be extended, it should be approved by the president of our hospital.
