Park Environment of Dongsheng Science Park

There are 15 garden-style low-density single-family academic buildings, which constitute a domestic first-class ecological comprehensive park integrating headquarters base, high-tech industry research and development base, accelerator and enterprise incubation base, high-tech achievements display and related supporting services. The second phase covers an area of 43 hectares, with a planned construction area of nearly one million square meters. It will be used for office research and development of high-tech enterprises, large commercial districts and supporting houses. The first and second master plans refer to many famous high-tech gathering areas in the world, and are future science parks that conform to the international development trend and lead China enterprises to enter the eco-office.

The park adopts closed management, and all unlicensed vehicles must be registered before entering the park. Except for express delivery, everyone else, such as take-away, is not allowed in. There is a large canteen in the park, which can fully meet the dining needs of people in the park. Bicycles, motorcycles and tricycles are not allowed to be parked in the park (except those owned by the park), and they are all parked in the parking shed outside the west gate of the park. Bicycle daily 0.6 yuan, electric car 1 yuan, motorcycle 1 yuan. Cars can be parked in the park, and the monthly fee is 150 yuan.

The management of the park is extremely strict, and every time you apply for a car license, you have to issue a certificate from the unit to handle it. Employees must present a unified work permit when entering the park, otherwise they are not allowed to enter; When returning the card, the employer must show the certificate of resignation before handling it.

The park is the first township high-tech park in the city-Dongsheng Science and Technology Park, covering an area of 3.78 square kilometers, and has been formally incorporated into Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. The first phase of the Science Park has been put into use, the second phase has started, and the third phase is expected to be completed on 20 16. In the process of development, the development and operation mode of "collective land is independently developed, and its own property is only rented and not sold" is adopted, so that farmers can become shareholders and their income can be quantified by shares, which really benefits farmers. Farmers can not only get dividend income from the equity of the science park, but also get secondary income from the basic labor in the park.
