At the same time, the Regulations also clarify that the owner of motor vehicle parking can conclude a parking management service contract with the parking management unit, and can stipulate the basic situation of the motor vehicle, the rights and obligations of both parties, the charging price, the management responsibility, the management period and the liability for breach of contract. If the vehicle parking person has storage requirements for the parked vehicles, a storage contract shall be signed separately.
