When did the property fee start to be paid?

Property fees shall be paid in the month following the actual receipt of the house by the buyers. The owner shall pay the property service fee in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, from the agreement, the owner shall also bear joint liability for the completed property that has not been sold or handed over to the property buyer, and the property service fee shall be paid by the construction unit.

Property management fees are as follows:

1. Maintenance cost of public property and supporting facilities;

2. Salaries of managers, including wages, allowances, welfare, insurance, clothing expenses, etc. ;

3, public utilities expenditure, such as public lighting, fountains, watering grass, etc. ;

4. Expenditure on purchasing or renting necessary machinery and equipment;

5, garbage cleaning, pool cleaning and disinfection costs;

6. Other reasonable management expenses.

Legal basis: Article 41 of the Regulations on Property Management.
