These are the best real estate companies in China. If I have to choose one of these companies, I personally estimate that I will choose Evergrande.

Here is a digression. When it comes to the quality of developers, Country Garden's standards are low, while R&F Poly's estimate is good, but the price is relatively high. Evergrande's route is cost-effective and relatively high. I have never heard of Aoyuan, a developer. Compared with these big developers, the cases of small developers are less and the reference value is almost the same.
