Completion time of Beijing Indigo Phase II

It is expected to be completed in mid-2025. Indigo Phase II Project is an extension of Indigo Phase I Project. The project is located in two plots east of Jiuxianqiao Road, Jiang Tai Town, Chaoyang District, Beijing, covering an area of about 44,300 square meters and 34,000 square meters respectively. The second phase of the project will be developed into a comprehensive development project dominated by office buildings. The expansion includes a shopping center, several office buildings and a hotel. It is estimated that the total investment will reach 23 billion yuan. The Indigo Project opened on 20 12, which is the second key investment project of Swire Property after Sanlitun Taikooli. After more than eight years of operation, INDIGO has successfully promoted the development and evolution of the surrounding communities in Taiwan Province and become one of the most popular leisure and commercial landmarks in Beijing. Beijing Indigo Phase II will be completed in mid-2025.
