How to deal with the recycled construction waste?

1. It shall be handled by the decoration contractor. The owner can let the decoration company responsible for the decoration handle the decoration garbage, but it needs to pay the relevant fees. At present, the method commonly used by owners is to ask the decoration company to find a car to remove the garbage. Generally, one truck carries garbage, and the charge is around 200 yuan. The garbage truck will directly transport the garbage to the garbage disposal site designated by the relevant departments.

2. Decoration garbage belongs to construction garbage. Some owners mix domestic garbage and decoration garbage and put them in the trash can without knowing how to deal with them. This is not correct. Decoration garbage can generally be transported by the property, but the property has to charge related fees. Different community management regulations are different, and the amount charged is different.

3. Waste recycling. Some decoration garbage can be recycled. For example, building materials packaging needs a lot of paper sleeves, such as switches, faucets, door panels, sanitary ware, tiles and so on. Without exception, hard paper covers are used as product packaging. Moreover, due to the need for protection during transportation, the paper covers of building materials are very strong, and these paper covers are excellent recycled materials. It should be noted that there are still some decoration garbage that cannot be recycled, such as the original pipe of famous brand wall paint. Some decoration teams will buy them back and put them in inferior paint. Although this kind of garbage is useless to themselves, in order to prevent reuse, the owner can send it to the collection place designated by the property.
