How to divide property management areas for self-recruited security units

It is generally believed that the area outside the owner's door and within the planning red line is the property management area.

If the property is divided internally, it can be managed according to work categories, such as: customer service is responsible for all floors of the owner or tenant, engineering is responsible for all equipment and facilities (including computer room), and security guards are responsible for fire-fighting equipment and facilities in buildings, central control rooms and peripheral parks. It can also be divided by floor or function.
