There are no provisions and standards for parking space management fees in the Property Law, but the charging standards for residential parking spaces are formulated by property management companies. If there is any unreasonable place, it can be reported to the local price management department, and the new charging standard can be implemented according to the price standard set by the Price Bureau after approval.
