Decision on Amending the Regulations on Property Management in Fujian Province

Decision of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial People's Congress on Amending Some Local Regulations

(adopted at the 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th Fujian Provincial People's Congress on March 29th, 20 12)

In order to ensure the correct and effective implementation of the Administrative Enforcement Law of the People's Republic of China in our province and safeguard the unity of the national legal system, the 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th People's Congress of Fujian Province has decided to make the following amendments to sixteen local regulations such as the Measures for the Implementation of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Fisheries Law in Fujian Province:

Fifteen, "Fujian Province Property Management Regulations"

Paragraph 3 of Article 54 is amended as: "Where laws, regulations, rules and relevant technical standards require property maintenance, the owners or property management enterprises shall carry out maintenance."

In addition, according to this decision, the order of provisions and individual words of relevant laws and regulations are adjusted and modified accordingly.

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
