Does the property monitoring owner have the right to see it?

Owners are not allowed to check the residential property monitoring casually. Although the surveillance video materials belong to all owners, some of them involve the interests of other owners. 5. Elect members of the owners' committee and enjoy the right to be elected.

6. Supervise the work of the owners' committee.

7. Supervise property management companies to perform property service contracts.

8. Have the right to know and supervise the use of * * * parts, * * facilities and equipment and related sites of the property.

9. Supervise the management and use of special maintenance funds for * * * parts and * * facilities and equipment of the property.

10, other rights stipulated by laws and regulations.

Two, property management services include the following contents:

1, daily maintenance.

2. Clean and green.

3. Safety.

4. Fire control work.

5, housing * * * with parts of the maintenance and management.

6. Collecting, keeping and managing the use of funds for various expenses.

In a word, because the residential property monitoring involves the privacy of many owners, the owners can't check the residential property monitoring at will, but they can extract it through the public security organs when necessary.
