Description:

Article 3: Design and Construction Drawings

The construction drawings determined by both parties through consultation shall be executed in the following ways:

Article 4: Increase, decrease or change of items.

1. If it is necessary to increase, decrease or change the project or construction method, both parties shall reach an agreement through consultation, sign a written list of project increase or decrease, and adjust the related project cost and construction period. The list of increase or decrease of engineering projects during construction is an annex to this contract.

Article 5: Construction Site and Site Handover

1. Party A shall provide Party B with site conditions for normal construction.

(1) Create conditions for Party B to enter the site for construction three days before commencement. Including: demolition of indoor furniture and furnishings, or stacking and covering indoor furniture and furnishings that are not suitable for demolition on the principle of not affecting construction;

(2) Provide water and electricity free of charge during construction;

(3) Responsible for handling relevant formalities with the property management department and the relevant departments of the community and paying various fees. If the relevant departments of the community require Party B to pay unreasonable fees, Party A is responsible for negotiating with the relevant departments of the community to pay;

(4) Party B will not dismantle the indoor load-bearing structure. If it is necessary to dismantle or change the non-load-bearing structure or equipment pipeline of the original building, Party A is responsible for going through the corresponding examination and approval procedures in the relevant departments, and providing the certificate of examination and approval procedures to the person in charge of Party B's construction, and submitting it to the person in charge of Party B's construction site for filing.

2. Party B's construction site responsibilities

(1) During the construction, strictly implement the safety construction operation specifications, fire prevention regulations and quality standards, and complete the project on time with good quality and quantity;

(2) Strictly implement the regulations of relevant departments on construction, and do not disturb the people or pollute the environment;

(3) Protect the gas pipeline in the original room, and ensure that the indoor water supply and drainage pipelines are unblocked;

(4) After the completion of the project, be responsible for the preliminary cleaning of the construction site to achieve civilized construction.

3, the handover of the construction site

(1) Party A has the right to participate in the supervision of project quality and construction progress, and has the obligation to actively cooperate with the signing procedures such as material entry, phased acceptance and completion acceptance; During Party A's absence, entrust Party A to act as an agent to sign off the entry materials, phased acceptance, completion acceptance and engineering changes;

(2) During the construction, Party A has the right to raise objections to one or more projects that do not conform to this agreement. Article 6: Procurement and Entry of Materials

Article 8: Project Quality

Both parties agree to take the national industry standard "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" GB502 10-20xx as the quality standard. In case of any dispute over the quality of the project during the construction, both parties may apply to the Complaint Mediation Department of Zhuang Jie Center for project quality certification. If the quality of the certified project fails to meet the standards agreed in the contract, Party B shall be responsible for the relevant expenses incurred in the certification process and rectify the unqualified project; After certification, if the quality of the project meets the standards agreed in the contract, Party A shall be responsible for the relevant expenses incurred in the certification process.

Article 9: Project Acceptance

1. After the completion of the project, Party B shall notify Party A for acceptance, and Party A shall organize acceptance within two days after receiving the acceptance notice and fill in the project acceptance form. After the project payment is settled, the handover formalities shall be handled.
