What is the contract system?

Legal analysis: the contract responsibility system is the first step after the property and community owners discuss. Whether the property company will make a profit or lose money afterwards, it has nothing to do with the community owners. However, the reward system is to set aside that part of the benefits, and the remaining losses or profits are borne or enjoyed by the community owners, that is to say, one risk is borne by the owners and the other by the community property.

Legal basis: Article 937 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) defines a property service contract as: a contract in which a property service provider provides property services such as the maintenance of buildings and their ancillary facilities, the management and maintenance of environmental sanitation and related order to the owners within the property service area, and the owners pay property fees. Property service providers include property service enterprises and other managers.
