Liaoning University of Petrochemical Technology is located on the bank of the beautiful Hunhe River in Fushun City, Liaoning Province, with a beautiful environment. School 1950 was founded in Dalian, which is the first petroleum industry school in New China. 1953 moved to Fushun to run a school; 1958 upgraded to Fushun petroleum institute; In February, 2000, sinopec group was placed under the leadership of Liaoning Provincial People's Government, and implemented the management system of "the central and local governments jointly build, with local governments as the mainstay".
